General Questions
What is Commons?
COMMONS makes premium personal care essentials. We use plant-based formulas, subtle scents, and zero shortcuts. Our products are gentle, gender-neutral, and free of the junk hiding out in the personal care aisle.
And since we believe quality personal care is a human right, we've built giving back into our business by partnering with health & hygiene charity, ARM.
Do you use natural ingredients?
The short answer is yes. But it's also a really tricky question.
We prefer "plant-based", meaning our formulas use gentle ingredients from natural sources while avoiding cheap, synthetic shortcuts that may be harmful.
We want you to be informed about what you're buying and what otheres are selling. "Natural" isn't a reliable indicator of quality or standards. Flexibility (or complete lack) of government guidelines means brands can use terms like "natural" or even "organic" to justify inflated prices or mask harsh fillers.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states). If you're outside the US please reach out to us directly via hello@getcommonsbehappy.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS and generally take anywhere from 3 - 5 days (sometimes less) to reach you.
